Job description :

TOOL & DIE CONCEPTOR

FULL TIME JOB Day shift : 6h30 à 14h45 SALARY : To discuss SOCIAL BENEFITS RESUME OF THE RESPONSABILITIES : Responsible to design tools and dies concepts, and all fabrication drawings within a time schedule for a new piece part, or a modification or a repair jobs, starting from a piece part drawing, or a sample piece, or from verbal or written instruction, must be autonomous. KEY SKILLS SEEKED KNOW HOW (KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS)

Must know how to communicate verbally and in writing in French or English so as to be understood (bilingual French and English is a plus).
Knowledge of metrology.
Must have computer knowledge and master, Autocad, Solid Works, and Micro Soft.
Must know how to read accurately all precisions measurements instruments related to his work.
Knowledge and be able to read and interpret industrial drawings.
Knowledge of dimensional and tolerance standards for tools and dies.
Know how to design the concept of tools and dies from a minimum amount of information.

REQUIREMENTS :

High School diploma.
Vocational Study Diploma in mechanical drawing
Minimum 2 years of experience in punch and die design
Good knowledge of Autocad, and Solid Work.

CNC OPERATOR PROGRAMMER

FULL TIME JOB Day shift : 14h30 à 12h30 am SALARY : To discuss SOCIAL BENEFIT JOB DESCRIPTION : Responsible to make within a required time schedule the program, set up and machining in an autonomous way, or with little supervision, of all types of parts. KEY SKILLS SEEKED KNOW HOW (KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS)

Ability to communicate in French or English verbally and in writing so as to be understood.
Know how to read accurately all precision measurement instruments related to his work.
Have computer knowledge and programming skills using Master Cam software.
Know how to read, interpret and work with a plan (drawing), written and verbal instructions.
Know how to operate a lift truck and lifting equipment (competency card required)
Have a tool box with the minimum personal tools to accomplish his work.

REQUIREMENTS :

Vocational studies diploma specialized in CNC machining (CNC machinist coarse) or equivalent experience
ASP in digital control programming

DIE MAKER

FULL TIME JOB Day shift : 6h30 à 14h45 Night shift : 14h30 à 12h30 am Rotation is obligatory for the day shift : 8 weeks day and 2 weeks night SALARY : To discuss SOCIAL BENEFITS JOB DESCRIPTION : Responsible to make within a time schedule the assembly, try out on the punch press, and do an analysis, find solutions if there is a problem with the die, then do the fine tuning in a autonomous way. KEY SKILLS SEEKED KNOW HOW (KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS)

Ability to communicate in French or English verbally and in writing so as to be understood.
Know how to read, interpret and work with a plan (drawing), sketches, samples, written or verbal instructions.
Know how to read and properly use all precision measurements instruments relating to his work.
Know how to properly and effectively operate conventional machines (milling, grinding, lathe, radial drill).
Know how to operate a forklift and lifting equipment (competency card required).
Have a tool box with minimal personal tool to accomplish work.
